Reflect on how your personal learning network has changed and grown during the course of this workshop. Discuss your plans for how you plan to continue to grow your learning network and how you hope to contribute to the professional learning of your administrative colleagues. 

 My personal learning network has changed in a few ways.  First I was comforted to read that many people suggested to only subscribe to a few rss feeds, blogs, etc.  I have an extremely busy scheduled and the thought of spending more time in front a computer screen is frightening :)  I also was able to finally stop feeling guilty about not doing podcasts.  They are just not for me and I like other ways of communication better.  

One thing I have done during his course is forward interested blogs to my department.  Sometimes Fine Arts educators feel like they have to sort through a lot of educational "tools" to find something worthwhile.  I did learn new ways to search for information that is related to my discipline. 

My goal is to slowly add a few tools to help me grow my PLN.  This way I hope not to get overwhelmed and frustrated with the process and maybe learn a few new things:)

It would have been more helpful for this reflection if we could have referenced the earlier classes.  They were not of the class page anymore.
